ATTUNEMENTS

No special kind of faith or belief is required to learn or practise Reiki. It is used with the same success by people of many faiths and religions, by free thinkers as well as followers of widely differing philosophies and ideologies.

Although it is said that the energy - or energies in the case of Seichem - is "passed on from Master to student" this isn't strictly true. The attunement creates the healer but doesn't actually give them anything they don't already have. These energies and abilities are innate, the attunements serve only to open up and align what is already there. They have been compared with tuning a radio from AM to FM.

Also called initiations - this means beginning, and these initiations open the student up to the beginning of a new way of life. They are able to channel healing energy and use it for themselves and others as well as it being a powerful personal growth tool. It can be channelled into any area of life and encourages them to move forward to meet their higher purpose.

During the attunements Reiki symbols are used to permanently restructure aspects of the energy body to tap into the reservoir of Reiki energy, increase the flow of life-force and implant symbols in the student for the rest of their life.

Attunements are at the very core of Reiki, they are very precise ceremonies which can only be performed by a Reiki Master. They open up channels through which the energy can flow, from the head through energy centres to the hands.

They affect everybody in different ways (like treatments). Some perceive colours, others see pictures. Some are filled with light or a feeling of total peace, wonder and love. Others can be very excited as they experience the energy running through them for the first time. You will receive a 'kick start' on your path of personal growth. The vibrational rate of your body is amplified triggering a 21 day cleansing process. The quickening of a person's energy helps negative blocks to be released. Old emotions, unhealed former situations, past lives and negative mental patterns may resurface - to be fully healed at last.
Initiates may feel 'spacey' or tingly, have intense dreams or experience detoxification symptoms such as diarrhoea, runny nose, cold symptoms and dehydration headaches. Drinking plenty of water and doing plenty of healing on themselves and others helps the negativity to disperse quickly. These symptoms - if they occur at all - will vary in intensity from barely noticeable to quite disabling but they will not last long and the cleansing was obviously necessary! It is important to acknowledge what is going on so that it can be let go. That's why it is recommended that a journal is kept during this time as it is often only with hindsight that the true significance of what was happening can be recognised.

Tera Mai™ Seichem attunements are initiations into all four healing elements of earth, fire, water and air and I believe are the closest we can get to Dr. Usui's system at this time. It is possible to be initiated into Tera Mai™ Reiki only but is rarely done as the full Seichem attunements are much more powerful. Experienced healers who have been attuned have remarked on the increase of power in their healing by at least 50%.

TERA MAI™ REIKI & SEICHEM ATTUNEMENTS

Tera Mai™ Reiki & Seichem combines the healing energies of all the elemental rays i.e. earth, fire, water and air & spirit and there are three levels.

Level I - one day workshop

This gives you the ability to treat yourself and others. When the energies have been aligned in you by the Tera Mai™ Reiki/Seichem Master during your attunement you will be a channel through which the energies can flow.

This day long class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. A snack lunch will be provided.

After all levels there is a 21 day cleansing period. To help with this the 'Violet Flame' attunement is included with this class.

During the day you will learn about :-
the history of Reiki, Seichem and Tera Mai™,
the elemental healing rays,
self treatment,
treating others,
chakra balancing,
psychic surgery,
the Violet Flame
and more.....

Level II - one day workshop
(Pre-requisite Tera Mai™ Reiki/Seichem Level I)

This increases the flow of energies and gives you the ability to channel distant healing to people, situations, animals etc. As the energies work outside of time and space healing can be channelled to - eg. yourself as a child, disasters that have already happened etc. You will be shown some symbols and what they are for.

This day long class is also a mixture of lecture, discussion and experience. The Order of Melchizedek and Yod attunements are included in Level II.

A snack lunch will be provided.

ways of using symbols other than in healing,
Melchizedek
Yod
and more.....

Level III Master/Teacher - two day course
(Pre-requisite Tera Mai™ Reiki/Seichem Levels I & II)

This further increases the flow of energies up to Master level. Again it is a mixture of lecture, discussion and experience.

During this 2 day course you will learn the symbols and techniques necessary to teach and attune others into Levels I, II, and III of Tera Mai™ Reiki and Tera Mai™ Seichem. You will also learn how to carry out attunements into the Violet Flame, the Order of Mechizedek and Yod.

A snack lunch will be provided on both days. Overnight accomodation can be provided at no extra charge for those travelling long distances.

Certificates are presented at all levels

At every level it is possible to be initiated into Tera Mai™ Reiki only, leaving out the elemental energies of fire, water air and spirit which with Tera Mai™ Reiki make up Tera Mai™ Seichem. Please ask for details.

Do not let the cost be of concern. If you do not have it but the intent is pure and the need genuine - the money will present itself to you - just ask .....

Level 1 or 1st Degree	£120

Level 111 or Master/Teacher	£600

As already stated, at each level Reiki and Seichem may be taken separately, Reiki must be taken first and then 'topped up' with Seichem later. In this case you would pay two thirds of the above costs for the Reiki and then the rest on receipt of Seichem - should you choose to take it.
